MR. D.I.Y. celebrates 1,000th outlet in Thailand, opening 500 new stores by 2027

MR. D.I.Y., Thailand’s leading home improvement and lifestyle retailer, plans to spend 6 billion baht on opening new 500 stores nationwide over the next three years.

Arnupharp Kongmalai, vice president of marketing department of MR. DIY Holding (Thailand) Plc, said that the company has allocated 200 million baht annually for the next three consecutive years during 2025-2027 to open new 500 stores.

In 2025 alone, the company plans to open 200 new stores and 60 of them are opened.

From a single store to a nationwide sensation, MR. D.I.Y., is celebrating a major milestone with 1,000 stores across all 77 provinces of Thailand. This achievement represents more than just a number, it reflects growth, trust, and an unbreakable bond with Thai communities.

In just nine years, the chain has grown from a single-store operation into a national retail leader, offering over 15,000 products across six categories, from hardware to household essentials, while staying true its core promise of “Always Low Prices.” About 40% of products is its own brand. Household and hardware are top two best selling.
