Asset World Corp Plc (AWC), Thailand’s leading integrated lifestyle real estate group, has signed a hotel management agreement with Marriott International to launch JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok Ratchadapisek—the city’s first and largest recreation-led leisure and MICE destination.

Wallapa Traisorat, AWC’s chief executive officer and president, said that it is very excited to collaborate with Marriott International to bring one of its most prestigious brands to Bangkok’s thriving CBD. This partnership to develop the JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok Ratchadapisek marks a pivotal moment in their journey to strengthen Thailand’s hospitality landscape through its AWC’s lifestyle destinations model. By integrating luxury, wellness, and innovation under one roof to create a resort-like oasis in the city, it is setting a new benchmark for urban destinations and driving sustainable growth for the district.

“Our partnership with Marriott International reflects AWC’s unwavering commitment to developing truly world-class experiences for both travelers and investors, while strengthening Thailand’s position as a global sustainable tourism destination,”she said.

Shawn Hill, chief development officer, Asia Pacific Excluding China, Marriott International said: “We are delighted to collaborate with AWC on this landmark project, which represents an exciting new chapter for the JW Marriott brand in Bangkok’s vibrant new CBD.
Once open, JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok Ratchadapisek will leverage Marriott Bonvoy’s extensive hospitality distribution and loyalty network, delivering exclusive member benefits and global brand recognition. Together, we look forward to delivering a world-class destination that truly showcases the best of Ratchadapisek for both business and leisure travelers alike.”

AWC’s acquisition of Le Concorde Tower, which will be rebranded as Jubilee Prestige Tower, marks a significant milestone in its strategic expansion. Located on Ratchadapisek Road in a key economic zone, this mixed-use development meets the city’s rising demand for luxury accommodations, premium office space, and full-scale MICE facilities. The JW Marriott brand will generate immediate prestige and demand, strengthening AWC’s revenue streams and enhancing long-term asset value.

Spanning 120,965 square meters in total, Jubilee Prestige Tower stands as a premier mixed-use landmark in Ratchadaphisek, reimagining the office experience with a blend of luxury, convenience, and lifestyle. With JW Marriott Hotel expected to feature 368 rooms, the tower features premium lifestyle office spaces designed with flexibility and innovation for modern professionals. Tenants enjoy access to 10,000 sqm of resort-style amenities and event spaces, creating a unique co-living and working environment ideal for innovation, collaboration, and wellbeing.

As the first internationally branded luxury hotel in Ratchada, the JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok Ratchadapisek will anchor the area as a prime investment zone. The hotel offers the largest MICE venue in the district that will become a premier destination for global conferences and corporate gatherings. Designed to reflect JW Marriott’s emphasis on holistic well-being, the tower will also incorporate a beauty hub for wellness stays, an Urban Wellness Sanctuary in partnership with health and mindfulness experts, and premium F&B experiences such as a rooftop restaurant, an all-day dining restaurant featuring live cooking stations, an authentic Japanese restaurant, an elegant Chinese restaurant, and a cigar & whiskey bar.

AWC aims to establish a forward-thinking environment that fosters Thailand’s long-term economic success. In addition to strengthening AWC’s portfolio, the project is expected to deliver sustainable cashflow and unlock long-term asset value growth following the property’s transformation into a world-class destination.
The building has also been certified three-tier structural inspections by expert engineers and an independent inspection agency to ensure its stability and safety following the recent earthquake in Bangkok, reaffirming AWC’s commitment to the highest standards of quality and reliability for all stakeholders.

“This partnership exemplifies AWC’s commitment to ‘Building Better Future for All’ through the development of forward-looking projects that meet the evolving needs of today’s travelers. Our partnership with Marriott International to launch JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok Ratchadapisek will shape a new pinnacle of luxury in Ratchadapisek, advancing Bangkok’s status as a leading destination for global conferences, incentive travel, and elevated leisure experiences,” Mrs Wallapa said.
