BDMS Wellness Clinic Group via BDMS Silver will start construction of Hercules mixed use wellness project next year and is scheduled to be open in 2030.

The company has secured a 30-year land lease from The Crown Property Bureau, with an option to extend for an additional 30 years, to develop the Wellness City project on 13 rais plot land near by the Velaa Sindhorn Village Langsuan project. Wellness City, currently called “Hercules”, is a mixed-use project with two buildings. The first building of 46 floors is combined with hotel and residence areas, while the second one with 3 floors is served for commercial and car park.

Owned by BDMS Silver Co, it will take approximately 52 months to build. Its construction will start in early 2026 after being approved from The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). Its opening is expected in 2030. The “Hercules” project is the second wellness real estate project of BDMS Wellness Clinic after the first opening on Wireless Road.

Yesterday, BDMS Wellness Clinic, Thailand’s preventive healthcare clinic under the Bangkok Dusit Medical Services Plc (BDMS), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Thailand Privilege Card Co, the provider of exclusive long-term residency visa memberships under the supervision of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) to offer high-level foreign residents exceptional services with exclusive benefits.

According to a report by the Global Wellness Institute (GWI), a non-profit organisation dedicated to research and education on preventive health and the global wellness industry, the wellness sector saw substantial growth in 2023, with a market value reaching 6.3 trillion US dollars. By 2028, the industry’s value is projected to rise to 9 trillion US dollars, reflecting an average annual growth rate of 7.3%, significantly outpacing the global GDP growth rate of 4.8%. This underscores the increasing consumer focus on health and wellness, prompting businesses to respond rapidly to the growing trends in the wellness sector.
