The Hitachi Grand Carbon Line 2-door refrigerator is the latest evolution of one of Hitachi’s best-selling models, now enhanced with a sleek, modern design that is more user-friendly than ever. It incorporates various consumer-focused features, including dual sense surround cooling, which minimizes direct airflow on food. This system, with two independent sensors, enhances energy efficiency and food preservation through precise temperature control. Additionally, the selectable zone freezer compartment allows customized settings based on the user’s storage and lifestyle needs. The triple power filter further ensures that the refrigerator and freezer compartments are filled with clean air, preventing any transfer of unpleasant odors.
Beyond its launch, Hitachi has officially opened Thailand's first fully integrated home appliance showroom since the joint venture between Arcelik A.S. and Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc. This marks a significant milestone for the brand and is a key strategy to enhance offline sales channels by creating a better shopping experience for its customers.
The showroom features a simple yet modern design that embodies the Young Japanese Brand spirit, making the brand more relevant without compromising quality, technology, and durability. It showcases a full range of products, including refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, vacuum cleaners, rice cookers, and air conditioners, clearly reflecting the essence of the global brand campaign “The Art of Ease,” launched in September 2023.
Sittipong Jameekornkul. managing director of Arçelik Hitachi Home Appliances Sales (Thailand) Co, said prior to opening the new showroom, Hitachi brand has been promoted under the concept of “The Art of Ease” across online and offline channels throughout the year to showcase how Hitachi home appliances can simplify and enhance daily living. Therefore, the launch of our new showroom and refrigerator models is another strategic step to highlight how our products genuinely fulfill users' needs for convenience.
In the final quarter of this year, Hitachi has increased digital advertising efforts across Bangkok to strengthen this message, utilizing a range of large-format advertising platforms. This includes giant billboards on office buildings, digital screens inside and outside BTS Green Line stations, and digital displays in prominent office buildings throughout the city, amounting to over 2,200 screens in total.
In 2025, the firm aims to further expand its market presence by enhancing brand strength through both online and offline communications. It plans to introduce over 40 new products, including side-by-side refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioners. Additionally, the firm will renovate its stores to improve the shopping experience, demonstrating a commitment to meeting consumer needs and maintaining the highest service standards, all while continuing to deliver the Art of Ease through Hitachi home appliances.
