Siam Motors Group (SMG) sets to spend 9.5 billion baht to expand its business during 2025-2027.

Prakasit Phornprapha, president of Siam Motors, said that the investment budget will
be mainly used to expand on green technology, hospitality, lifestyle & education and investment & property.

Under its three years plan, the company would spend about 1.5 billion baht to transform existing Siam Motor building on soi Kasemsan 2 to be Pan Pacific new hotel, a four-star hotel, with 300 rooms.

Pan Pacific hotel will be the fifth hotel under SMG including Siam@Siam in Bangkok and Pattaya, Tropicana Pattaya and Movenpick Siam Na Jomtien Pattaya. The new Pan Pacific hotel is expected to open within the next two years.

Moreover, the group will build its new first international school near Peera International Circuit in Chon Buri and join hands with foreign partners to build a data centre in the east of Bangkok cashing in on opportunity from Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) project. It also plans to upgrade its warehouse in Chon Buri to be more modern.

SMG has enhanced its investment and real estate business expanded by first time expanding into office building market, unveiling “Siam Patumwan House," a smart, green office in the heart of Bangkok.

This 33-story office building stands 136 meters tall and offers 51,000 square meters of leasable office and retail spaces. Strategically located on Phayathai Road in the prestigious Siam Square area, it boasts excellent connectivity via various transportation options, including a direct skywalk from the building to the Onesiam skywalk, BTS Skytrain, Airport Rail Link, piers, and multiple expressways. The building features retail shops on L floor, M floor, and 5th floor, a canteen on the 6th floor, and a Japanese-inspired amenity zone named ‘Club Siam’ on the 11th floor, managed by Glowfish, Siam Motors’ partner and provider of high-end service offices within the Heritage Estates group.

Siam Patumwan House has an occupancy rate of 54% and is already home to several prominent companies, including Siam Music Yamaha, Nissan Trading, Daikin, Christian Louboutin, Hitachi Elevator, AXA Insurance, Beautrium, Under Armour, and many more. This impressive line-up underscores this building’s appeal to companies seeking an exceptional and unparalleled business environment. The company expects its occupancy rate will increase to 75% next year.

Siam Patumwan House, costing 3.5-billion-baht, is certified by LEED Gold, Fitwel 1-Star, WiredScore Platinum, and SmartScore Gold. The project was designed to set a new standard for modern, vibrant, and comfortable office environments.
