Thaiwatsadu Co, the home improvement and construction unit under Central Retail Corporation (CRC), has invested over 500 million baht to open new Thaiwatsadu × BnB home in Rama 3 to cater to customers and real estate in the area.

Suthisarn Chirathivat, the company’s CEO, said that Thaiwatsadu × BnB home in Rama 3 is the 84th Thaiwatsadu branch and the 17th BnB home branch. Located in a prime area in the heart of Rama 3, the store spans 20,000 square metres and offers a comprehensive range of over 50,000 competitively priced products of construction materials, home decoration, renovation, and repair items from well-known brands. This new store creates 200 jobs.

The opening of this new branch aims to meet all customer demands, stimulate purchasing power among contractors and homeowners, and support the continuous growth of the housing market in Bangkok and its surrounding areas, which is recovering at a rate of 2-3% per year. Consumer purchasing power is also expected to recover in line with the Thai economy’s projected growth rate of 3-4% per year.

Thaiwatsadu × BnB home Rama 3 is the fifth new branch this year.

This expansion will support the recovery of the real estate business in an area with a dense population of over 200,000 households, characterised by high purchasing power. The market includes mid-range to high-end and luxury residences along the Chao Phraya River, as well as numerous shopping centres, community malls, leading private schools, and office buildings. The location also serves as a key transportation hub, connecting inner Bangkok to major roads, near expressways.

Thaiwatsadu opened its first branch in Bang Bua Thong in 2010 and now it has operated 100 branches across 48 provinces in Thailand.

In 2024, it has already opened four new branches this year including Thaiwatsadu × BnB home Udon Thani Kud Sa, Thaiwatsadu Aranyaprathet,Thaiwatsadu Sa Kaeo, and Thaiwatsadu Klaeng. More Thaiwatsadu stores will be opened in the second half of this year including in Uthai Thani, Phrae and Kalasin province.
