SET-listed property and retail developer, Central Pattana Plc (CPN), will open ‘Central Park Offices’ on the corner of Silom Road in the second quarter of next year.
Central Park Offices is a 43-story Class-A office building with a gross building area (GBA) of 130,000 square metres. It is one of the most important anchors of Dusit Central Park mix-use project, worth of 46 billion baht on a total area of 440,000 square metres on 23 rai of land, at the corner of Silom and Rama 4 Road.
Dusit Central Park is a project in collaboration with Dusit Thani Plc and CPN, comprising of Dusit Thani Bangkok Hotel with 39 floors and 257 keys; Central Park Offices, with a GBA of 130,000 square metres; Central Park shopping center, with a GBA of 130,000 square metres. Additionally, the residential areas, covering a total of 50,500 square metres will be divided into Dusit Residences and Dusit Parkside.
Central Park Offices goes above and beyond with three concepts. It is a place where workers can live and work in a seamlessly connected mixed-use project, located adjacent to a large green area within the project. It is convenient with connectivity of BTS & MRT connection points with walkable proximity and is a community of visionary working people from leading Thai and international companies.
Central Park Offices offers private terraces overlooking Lumpini Park and an area connected to the project’s 7-rai rooftop park; a flexible design that supports tenant businesses of all sizes. In addition is a hybrid workspace and rooftop bar that will become the city’s new hangout venue for socializing & networking.
Naparat Sriwanvit, CPN’s chief finance, accounting and risk management officer, said that Central Park Offices is a key milestone office building project for CPN and one of the key components of all of CPN’s business.
The company expects occupancy rate of 20-40% after launching in Q2 of 2025 and aims for revenue of the office building business to achieve over 10% growth per year for the next five years (2024-2028).
Currently, it has total 10 office buildings with revenue of over 3 billion baht and expects to be almost 5 billion baht in 2028.
Kunayudh Dej-udom, CPN’s head of business development strategy, said that with the strength of its prime location and perfect connection with green space, Central Park Offices will become the world-class office building that people desire to be part of.
“Central Park Offices will lift up Bangkok business district to global level like the area of Central Park in New York, Hyde Park in London, Centennial Park in Sydney and Stanley Park in Vancouver,” he said.
