SET-listed developer Property Perfect Plc (PF) will resume its expansion in Rattanathibet-Ratchapruek area by opening three new housing projects, costly 6.7 billion baht over the next two years.
Wongsakorn Prasitvipat, the company’s managing director, said that the company plans to open 3 new projects in the next two years, totally worth of 6.7 billion. In 2024, the company plans to open "Perfect Place", a detached house near the purple skytrain’s Bangraknoi Tha-it station, costly 2 billion baht.

"Perfect Place" was developed on 45- rai plot with 163 units and price is set at between 10 and 20 million baht. This new project will come up with new image and design to gain successful of Perfect brand back in western district.
In 2025, the company plans to open two luxury housing projects. "Perfect Masterpiece’’, a luxury house costly 3.6 billion baht, will be built on 33 -rai plot on the roadside of Rattanathibet and Ratchapruek. Another luxury housing project under new brand, costly 1.1 billion baht, will be developed on 13-rai plot along the Chao Phraya River in the area of Chaeng Watthana - Thai Chamber of Commerce Road.
With total sales of these three projects, Property Perfect is expected to resume its market leader in Rattanathibet and Ratchapruek areas.
“We would like to create more sales of our housing projects in Rattanathibet, Ratchapruek till Chaengwattana - Thai Chamber of Commerce, because these areas have rapidly expanded. The community was expanded bigger with various kind of housing projects, transportation network, international schools and many retail projects available in the area. With these factors and business’s leapfog growth, these areas now become the top choice of home buyers,’’ Mr Wongsakorn said.
Currently, there are 8 leading property developers to expanded their businesses into the areas and plans to launch more projects in the future.
“We are one of the property developers, who expand to develop housing projects in this area for a decade. After stopping opening our new projects for five years, we are ready to resume our investment in the area during 2024-2025,’’ he said.
