SET-listed Central Pattana Plc (CPN), Thailand’s leading retail-led mixed-use real estate developer, announces the opening of its 42nd shopping centre, "Central Nakhon Pathom," costly 8.2 billion baht.

Nattakit Tangpoonsinthana, CPN’s chief marketing officer, said, adding that after shopping complex, the company will develop condo, single-detached house and hotel. All will complete within the next five years.
Central Nakhon Pathom is poised to become the epicenter of a new lifestyle, elevating and connecting the lives of Nakhon Pathom residents and neighboring areas.
He said that Nakhon Pathom has strong economic potential, based on data from the Office of Trade Policy and Strategy in the year 2023, Nakhon Pathom's Gross Provincial Product (GPP) amounted to 365.98 billion baht, increasing every year, and it is ranked third in the central region and seventh in the country.
Furthermore, it is a province with several mega-projects initiated by the government, such as: SRT Light Red Line, connecting Nakhon Pathom to the heart of Bangkok. There are two motorways: Bang Yai-Kanchanaburi and Chonburi-Saraburi-Nakhon Pathom, along with the Central-Western Economic Corridor.
Nakhon Pathom is an economic gateway to the western region, supporting the purchasing power of its residents and expanding into new catchment areas in Ratchaburi and Kanchanaburi.

To support the city as an art hub, the company has established the Pathom Art area, providing a platform for students to showcase their artwork. Additionally, it host year-round art events such as the Creative Craft Market, featuring design products from Silpakorn University students, and the Art & Craft Market in the pomelo orchard.
In addition, CPN promotes local products and events to a regional level and bring national festivals and events to Nakhon Pathom, creating an 'Awakening City' throughout the year.

In addition, customers can discover the first ‘Sky Running Track’, connecting to a 4-rai green urban park in the heart of the project and enjoy a ‘Pet’s Park’ for animal lovers.
The company is introducing EV charger stations to accommodate the increasing number of customers using electric vehicles. Natural light surrounds the project, complemented by the installation of Solar Rooftop systems to generate solar energy.
Central Nakhon Pathom targets a high-spending demographic area covering over 1 million people and tourists in Nakhon Pathom, aiming to attract 25,000-30,000 visitors daily.
