Franchise model 2 is for individuals without land ownership rights but interested in managing existing Tops daily stores, requiring an investment starting from 1.07 million baht, with a guaranteed monthly income of 60,000 baht for the first 24 months of the contract.

Tops in total format was 673 branches as of Jan 31,2024. Of the total, it belongs to Tops Food Hall 17 stores, Tops Fine Food 2 stores, Tops Premium 139 and Tops Daily 515 stores. Tops Daily stores 57% are in Bangkok and perimeter and the remaining 43% is upcountry. 51% of stores are opened in residential, petrol station 12%, tourist destination and hotel and other 26%.
