Youngy Investment Holding Group has explored potential investment in EEC.

EEC welcomed leading Chinese clean energy companies to discuss investment opportunities in the EEC area.

Secretary-General of the Eastern Economic Corridor Office (EECO), Chula Sukmanop, has met delegation of Chinese clean energy entrepreneurs to explore potential investment opportunities in the EEC area.

The delegation leader was Mr. Lu Xiangyang, chairman of Youngy Investment Holding Group, a conglomerate with a strong foothold in China's clean energy sector. Notably, the group specializes in lithium battery production, electric vehicle parts, and energy storage systems, and BYD, one of its flagship subsidiaries, as well as Mr. Shan Hui, president of Dongying Cospowers Technology Co, another leading company in the lithium battery and advanced energy storage systems industries.

During the meeting, the policies driving investment in clean energy businesses within the EEC area has been updated and discussed, especially on the investment promotion guidelines and associated benefits for those venturing into the clean energy sector in Thailand.

The discussion included the exchange of information in areas of mutual interest and cooperation on infrastructure that supports the use of green energy such as solar farm development and energy storage system, which will contribute to the building of green and circular economy ecosystem within the EEC area.
