Central Department Store (CDS) under Central Retail, is set to unveil its two new stores in Nakhon Sawan and Nakhon Pathom in the first quarter of this year.
Natira Boonsri, the company’s chief executive officer, said that Central Department Store’s Nakhon Sawan will officially be opened tomorrow while Central Nakhon Pathom will be opened in late March.

‘’Central Department Store Nakhon Sawan stands as the first and largest department store in the upper central region, serving as a gateway to the northern region. With a unique design concept that integrates the strong Thai-Chinese community's local identity,’’ she said, adding that while Central Nakhon Pathom branch boasts a beautiful and magnificent design inspired by the province's landmark, Phra Pathommachedi.
CDS aims for the opening of these new branches to stimulate the economies of the respective provinces. This aligns with the company's mission to operate businesses that grow sustainably in collaboration with the community, truly becoming a de-partment store for the people of Na-khon Sawan and Nakhon Pathom.
“Our objective is to establish Central Department Store as the foremost choice among customers. We are confident that expanding our reach through the opening of new branches and consistently elevating the standards of Central Department Store will fortify our position, aligning it with international benchmarks,’’ she said.

Encompassing an expansive area of 13,500 square metres, this establishment aspires to become the new beauty and fashion destination for the lower northern region, contributing to the everyday happiness of Nakhon Sawan. Mrs Natira adds that the company is set to unveil a captivating new destination, "Central Nakhon Pathom," positioned as the gateway of the west along Petchkasem road. Embracing a chic concept, the design takes inspiration from the iconic "Phra Pathommachedi," the province’s landmark. The architecture and interior decorations are meticulously crafted to establish a department store that resonates with everyone in the region. Central Nakhon Pathom is poised to offer a diverse array of renowned brand products across various categories, catering to the preferences of customers from every generation.
