RML announces success sold out ‘The Estelle Phrom Phong’ worth 5.2BN
Raimon Land Plc (RML)has closed sales of ‘The Estelle PhromPhong’ with 146 units, worth 5.2 billion baht in total, have been sold out.
This achievement reinforced customer confidence in RML as a leading developer of luxury and ultra-luxury real estate. The success mainly came from its prime location on the CBD area in the heart of Sukhumvit and close to BTS Phrom Phong and The EM District in just 2 minutes away.
The project also offered a unique living lifestyle with highlights like Guest Suite, a suite for visitors fully equipped with amenities which is a service that no project has ever offered before. Another project ready to sell out soon is ‘Tait Sathorn 12’ as 97% of all units have already been sold and only 9 units are currently available.

As RML closed sales for ‘The Estelle PhromPhong’, it shows that the demand for luxury and ultra-luxury real estate is still high and it continues to grow. Currently, ‘The Estelle Phrom Phong’ has ownership transfer accounted for 4.6 billion baht or approximately 95% of units transferred.
The ownership transfer for the project should be 100% completed within 2023. As for the ready-to-move-in luxury condominium project, ‘Tait Sathorn 12’, it nearly closed sales as 97% of all units have been sold with only 9 units are still available.
Currently, there are only units with 1-2 bedrooms left, with space ranging from 68-118square meters. The price starts from just 17.9 million baht. The remaining 2-bedroom units each have different layouts.
