BCPG achieves debenture issuance worth 8.19 billion baht, reflecting trust from investors.

Niwat Adirek, president and CEO of BCPG Public Company Limited, disclosed the company’s achievement in debenture issuance worth 8.19 billion baht, which was higher than the targeted offering value of 8 billion baht senior unsecured debentures. The debentures were also rated "A" from TRIS Rating, reflecting significant trust from investors.

The debenture issuance was conducted on June 26 – 28, 2023, and received great welcome from financial institutions, cooperatives, and high-net-worth individuals. Proceeds from debentures will be used for the company’s new investments.

"We successfully drew massive interest from investors on our debentures issuance worth 8,19 billion baht , a higher response than the targeted offering value of 8 billion baht senior unsecured debentures. This indicates trust from investors in BCPG as the leader in a renewable energy company in Asia", said Niwat.

BCPG's debentures were divided into five tranches;
1. THB 1,146.7 million for a 2-year maturity with an interest rate of 3.13% per year
2. THB 1,612.5 million for a 3-year maturity with an interest rate of 3.37% per year
3. THB 2,253.4 million for a 4-year maturity with an interest rate of 3.67% per year
4. THB 353.6 million for a 9-year maturity with an interest rate of 4.07% per year
5. THB 2,825.0 million for a 12-year maturity with an interest rate of 4.33% per year

The debentures were offered to institutions and high-net-worth individuals by Bangkok Bank PCL and Kasikornbank PCL on June 26 – 28, 2023
