“All day dining restaurant and café has become increasingly popular in Thailand. This trend is evident in the growing number of new establishments of this type because it can satisfy all their needs in a single location. Moreover, we serve some menus from sustainable ingredients and production processes,’’ according to Mrs Nongchanok.
She adds that the company is changing its new logo at all The Coffee Club restaurants and expects to finish in the third quarter of this year. Also, it plans to change the store’s design at some restaurants to get more Australian all-day dining atmosphere, starting from The Coffee Club on Wireless road.

Yesterday, it introduced new breakfast recipes made from cage-free eggs, including "Egg Benedict with Bacon Wrap," which features cage-free eggs wrapped in bacon and mushrooms. The second one is "Chunky Bacon with Smash Avocado," coming with cage-free poached eggs served with mashed avocado and bacon in caramel maple sauce. The third one is "Chunky Bacon on Toast". These three new menus are offering from now until May 31, 2023.

Moreover, it has refreshed its entire menu book with new colors and layouts to generate excitement and increase sales. Under the new menu book, the number of menus will be 50 menus to save cost and increase its competitiveness and more consistent taste.
She adds that due to the Australian style all-day dining restaurant is becoming increasingly popular among consumers in Thailand, the company will put focus on proving a diverse range of food options to fully satisfy the needs of customers. It will launch new food and beverage in every two month, especially in collaboration with partners.
“We hope The Coffee Club will have more awareness from Thai customers. We aim to have a portion of Thai and foreign customers to be 50:50 one day from first start in the past 13 years when 70% of its customers are foreigners,” she said.
