OR introduces Disathat Panyarachun as new CEO

New CEO of OR vows to continue the vision of "Empowering All toward Inclusive Growth", bolstering current businesses and identifying new opportunities to fulfill "OR’s SDG" goal.

Mr. Disathat Panyarachun, chief executive officer of PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited, or OR, discloses, on the occasion of being appointed as the chief executive officer, that he is ready to continue the vision, “Empowering All toward Inclusive Growth,” while also aiming to drive OR towards stable and sustainable growth through "RISE OR".

OR focuses on three areas including

1) synchronization for ecosystem or the integration of the energy business and lifestyle to fortify the OR ecosystem through leveraging the advantages of each business to touch the lifestyles of the future, both on physical and online platforms.

2) The synergy of businesses, both inside and outside of PTT Group, to comprehensively roll out positive impacts for the benefit of all stakeholders, as well as unlocking the door of cooperation to mutual growth.

3) Sustainability for future or forming a sustainable future through OR's unique SDGs to efficiently fulfill the OR 2030 goals, including building opportunities and improvement quality of life of the locals.

Offer more products and services on the foundation of OR’s strong potential in being a platform for diverse and wide-ranging business opportunities for common growth.

To ensure low-carbon establishments through operating green business, shaping sustainable low-carbon society as well as achieving carbon neutrality by 2030 and Net Zero by 2050.

Additionally, new management mechanism strategies are also woven to steer the organization based on the missions of the following four areas (Seamless Mobility, All Lifestyles, Global Market and OR Innovation): including ecosystem design for the EV business; professional management or internal personnel development together with acquiring outside experts.

Strategic alliance or engagement of alliances to identify opportunities for business expansion, both domestic and international and sustainability criteria or the people & planet criteria in conducting business to achieve sustainability.
