Keeree Kanjanapas wins Asean Entrepreneurial Excellence Award 2022 in Singapore

Mr. Keeree Kanjanapas, chairman of the board of BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited, received the Asean Entrepreneurial Excellence Award 2022 at the EY Entrepreneur of The Year 2022 Singapore event.

In the running were the leaders of leading organizations in Thailand and across Southeast Asia. The award is a reflection of successful business leadership as well as Mr. Keeree’s success in creating growth and increasing Thailand’s economic competitiveness through the development of mass transit systems, especially the electric train, which has improved the quality of life for Thai people by helping solve the issue of traffic congestion in Bangkok.

The EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2022 Singapore awards ceremony was held on November 29 th 2022 at the Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, with over 500 leaders from both governmental organizations and the private sector from throughout Southeast Asia in attendance. Mr. Keeree Kanjanapas, Chairman of the Board
of BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited, received the Asean Entrepreneurial Excellence Award 2022.

Mr. Surayut Thavikulwat, chief financial officer of BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited or BTS Group, received the honorable award on behalf of Mr. Keeree. The award is given to business leaders and operators who are visionaries and through successful leadership have been able to create business growth while bolstering the strength of their society and country. The award was first given out in 2002 in Singapore.

Nominees are selected by more than 60 independent committees using six judging criteria, including entrepreneurial commitment, financial performance, creating added value, strategic direction for operations, efficiency of performance both domestically and globally, development in innovation, transparency and good governance, and leadership that drives their organization towards strong and sustainable growth.
