BoT signed MoU to Brunei’s central bank to cooperate on monetary and financial development
The signing of a memorandum of understanding on cooperation
between Brunei Darussalam Central Bank and the Bank of Thailand is aimed to develop monetary and financial.
Ms. Rokiah Badar, managing director, Brunei Darussalam Central Bank (BDCB) and Mr. Sethaput Suthiwartnarueput, governor, Bank of Thailand (BOT), signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the two central banks.
The memorandum of understanding aims to strengthen bilateral ties and cooperation as well as monetary and financial development between the two central banks. This includes the exchanging of views and experiences on central banking functions and policies that lead to further economic and financial connectivity between the two countries.
