AIA officially launched a new premium office building.

AIA Thailand has officially launched AIA Connect, a new premium office building in the Ratchadaphisek–Rama 9 area before expanding into industrial warehouses and others.

AIA Connect is a premium grade A office building located on Ratchadaphisek Road in Bangkok's emerging new CBD. Developed by AIA Thailand, the 34-story skyscraper officially completed its structural works and opened for business in 2026.

It has a total of 34 stories, including 27 office floors and 5 levels of retail space with 53,500 sq. m. of office space and 4,500 sq. m. of retail space. The building

features a curved, Feng Shui-inspired layout with column-free floor plates ranging from 1,700 to 2,100 sq. m. with 3 meters of clear height, including floor-to-floor knockout panels for internal staircases.

“The launch of AIA Connect marks another milestone in AIA Thailand’s 88th anniversary year, reflecting our commitment to fostering a stronger society and improving the quality of life for Thais. This major investment underscores our confidence in Bangkok’s premium office market,” he said.

AIA Connect is the 4th office building in AIA Thailand’s property investment portfolio. It is designed as an ecosystem of possibilities that connects people, the city, and business opportunities, helping drive Thailand’s sustainable economic growth.

AIA Connect has also achieved pre-certification under LEED Gold, WELL Gold, and WiredScore Platinum standards—global building standards covering environmental performance, occupant well-being, and digital infrastructure.

Ratchadaphisek emerges as Bangkok’s new CBD for global businesses.

AIA Connect stands out not only for its architecture and design, but also for its strategic location on Ratchadaphisek–Rama 9 Road, one of Bangkok’s highest-potential business districts. The building offers direct connectivity from the MRT Blue Line at Thailand Cultural Centre Station. In 2028, the opening of the MRT Orange Line, which will connect with the Blue Line at Thailand Cultural Centre Station, will significantly enhance east–west connectivity across Bangkok and further strengthen the Ratchadaphisek–Rama 9 area as the city’s new CBD.
