Proud Real Estate Public Company Limited (PROUD) plans to spend 2.5-3 billion baht on new land acquisitions for condo development this year.

The company sets a spend of 2.5-3 billion baht to buy land for new condo development in the future, focusing on Bangkok, Hua Hin, and Phuket. The company is negotiating with landlords for its new condo in Bangkok, scheduled for launch early next year in the CBD. It is also planning to launch a new condominium with a project value of 3 billion baht on a 7-rai site in Hua Hin in the fourth quarter of this year.

Proudputh Liptapanlop, the company’s executive director, said that its "ROMM Convent," a freehold luxury condominium, is ready for immediate occupation in the heart of Sathorn–Silom, with a total project value of 4.15 billion baht. In partnership with BNH Hospital and BeDee by BDMS, residents enjoy exclusive 24-hour healthcare services and a dedicated health butler, with health and lifestyle seamlessly connected through Prompt Solution Management.

The development is home to just 175 exclusive units, offering a new definition of "Redefined Luxury Wellness Living," the first of its kind in Thailand. "ROMM Convent" integrates wellness-focused design, communal wellness facilities, and building standards certified under the Fitwel standard from the United States of America, alongside a comprehensive holistic care ecosystem through partnerships including BNH Hospital, BeDee by BDMS, and Prompt Solution Management.

Residents will receive exclusive benefits through BNH Loyal Heritage Privileges, encompassing a welcome health screening package, health check-up and disease screening programs for preventive care, a family doctor, a dedicated personal physician, specialist medical teams, and Telehealth services via BeDee by BDMS. A dedicated health butler serves as a personal health coordinator, designing bespoke, personalized wellness programs in close collaboration with specialist physicians and providing initial emergency care with access to a doctor within 5 minutes.

It also features over 2,000 square meters of dedicated communal wellness space spanning five floors and a rooftop, offering 23 premium facilities.

Now, "ROMM Convent" has achieved 90% in sales. The buyer profile comprises 70% Thai nationals and 30% international purchasers from Europe and Asia, such as India, China, Taiwan, and Singapore. The final 10 exclusive units, two-bedroom residences starting from 21.9 million baht, are now available.

The success of sales is consistent with data from CBRE indicating that, since 2023, new supply in the Sathorn–Silom area has been relatively constrained, yet average asking prices have grown by as much as 24.7%. Over the past five years, the Sathorn, Silom, and Lumphini corridor has seen significant development, encompassing green spaces, hospitals, retail destinations, leading hotels, and Grade A office buildings, underscoring the location's enduring appeal for both residential living and long-term investment.

Miss Proudputh further noted that wellness living has evolved from a lifestyle trend into a fundamental expectation. A survey conducted by Terra Research found that over 90% of consumers expressed greater interest in purchasing a residence with a wellness living concept, and 29% think of health & well-being as a top reason for choosing a future home. "ROMM Convent" addresses this insight precisely, systematically integrating design and healthcare services for residents of every generation.

"Wellness real estate remains the fastest-growing wellness sector. After expanding from US$ 151 billion in 2017 to US$ 876 billion in 2025, it is projected the global market size will reach US$ 1.8 trillion by 2030," she said.
