SET-listed property and retail developer, Central Pattana Plc (CPN) aims a continue growth of its residence with over 7 billion baht in sales this year.

Wallaya Chirathivat, president & CEO of Central Pattana Plc., said that CPN targets sales of over 7 billion baht in residential business. It plans to develop 9 new residential projects—both low-rise and high-rise with total project value of 16 billion baht. Of the total 9 projects, 5 in Bangkok and 4 in up-country including 2 in Phuket one each in Krabi and Chonburi. The expansion of Central Pattana’s Residence led by the new luxury housing development “BAAN NIRADA Chaengwattana–Chaiyaphruek”, located in an expanding urban area, featuring spacious, elegantly designed single-detached homes starting from 25 million baht. Three residential projects expected to be sold out within this year include NIYHAM, BAAN NIRATI Bangna, and BAAN NINYA Kanlapaphruek.

In the third quarter of this year, two super premium projects will be launched invluding PHYLL condominium and BAAN NINYA house at Central Krabi, along with PHYLL Phuket 2 condominium near Central Phuket.

 
By the end of this year, there will be a total of 51 residential projects across 21 provinces nationwide. In 2025, the company targets sales of over 7 billion baht.
